[全球法規動態] 摩洛哥進口管制之工業產品更新

摩洛哥工業、貿易、投資與數位經濟部 (Ministry of Industry, Trade and the Green and Digital Economy- MCINET) 日前發布《第 2911-20 號公報》，摘要如下：

以下進口工業產品自 2021 年 2 月 1 日起受摩洛哥邊界關卡管制，製造商與進口商需遵守《第 2911-20 號公報》宣告之標準。

Automotive spare parts: tires, batteries, brake linings, glazing, filter elements, mechanical control cables, leaf springs and inner tubes.
Construction products: ceramic tiles, cement, waterproofing sheets, sanitary products, fittings, plastic pipes;
Wooden panels.
Gas appliances: Gas heaters, Gas water heaters.
Wire rod and rebar.
Articles of clothing other than work clothes.
Footwear.
Electrical products: Chargers for cell phones, circuit breakers.
Blankets, rugs, carpets and upholstery.
Baby diapers.

其他進口管制之工業產品需於運裝至摩洛哥前接受檢查，並於抵達邊境時獲得摩洛哥核可之檢驗機構頒發之合格證書。
