[全球法規動態] 沙烏地阿拉伯 SASO 新法規最新資訊

關於沙烏地標準度量衡品質局 (Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization- SASO) 所制定之新法規資訊，目前最新消息如下：

Certificate of Product Conformity (CoPC)：SASO IECEE Certificate, National IECEE Certificate

1.)     2018年2月15日第一階段已進行強制申請之CoPC產品：

• Mobile devices
• Mobile charges and its parts

2.)     2018年8月開始，第二階段將列入強制申請CoPC之產品類別：

• Batteries (for Mobiles and Vehicles)
• Lighting Products
• Water Pumps
• Electric Motors
• Dishwashers
• Laptops appliances
• TV appliances

The Conformity Assessment Program：SALEEM (SALEEM認證)

透過SABER線上系統登錄之SALEEM認證，原訂2018年6月1日開始啟用，目前將延至2018年12月。

有關SABER系統，目前公告實行時間點如下：

1.)     2018年5月開始讓部分貿易商試用SABER系統。

2.)     2018年7月讓沙國境內貿易商使用SABER系統，海關會讓使用SABER系統申請之貨品優先通關。

3.)     預計於2018年12月於沙國境內全面實施，未使用SABER系統申請之貨品將不得通關。

Certificate of Product Conformity (CoPC) 範圍內之產品強制後，程序由SASO Registration 或 License + 驗貨/CoC改成CoPC + 驗貨/CoC。

其他產品仍依舊制度進行申請SASO Registration 或 License + 驗貨/CoC，直到12月SALEEM認證全面實施。
