印度電信工程中心 (Telecommunication Engineering Centre, TEC) 在 2025 年 1 月發布了多項通知，重點摘要如下：

  • MTCTE 電信設備強制性測試與認證程序 3.0 版 (TEC 93009:2024) ──
    1. 修訂光纖纜線的「系列型號 (Associated Model)」和「主型號 (Model)」之定義。
    2. 修訂第 17.2 條款，刪除申請程序中有關「NCCS 的可信來源批准」之註釋。
  • 更新豁免於 ER 測試要求的產品清單，如下 ──
    1. Mobile Radio Trunking System
    2. Repeater for Cellular Network
    3. Precision Timing Protocol Grand MAster Equipment
    4. VHF UHF Radio System Equipment
    5. Radio Broadcast Receiver
    6. ADSLx
    7. VDSLx
    8. Optical Fibre (Single Mode)
    9. Optical Fibre Cable
    10. HF Radio System
    11. GSO VSAT/GSO User Terminal
    12. NGSO Termina/NGSO Integrated Gateway
    13. All applicable ERs notified under MTCTE
  • MTCTE 允許使用來自非邊界共享國家之 ILAC 測試報告直至 2025 年 6 月 30 日。須注意，hypervisors 不在此列。

Applicant may upload test reports/results for all sub-parameters of GPON interoperability test as per Annexure-J5/Appendix-III of ‘Annexure to ER’ with testing done in any NABL OEM’s in-house lab.

(Kindly refer for method of Interoperability testing as mentioned in the ‘Note’ under Annexure-J5 of ‘Annexure to ER’ along with undertaking for inter-operability to be submitted).

This relaxation is valid till 30.06.2025.
  • 針對 2024 年 7 月 1 日公告的 PON 家族寬帶設備之需求文件與豁免要求發布更新。
