土耳其商務部 (the Ministry of Commerce) 於 2021 年 12 月 31 日發布了《關於部分產品需附有 CE 標示的進口檢驗》的通告 (Communiqué on Import Inspection of Some Products Required to Carry “CE” Mark) [產品安全暨檢驗：2022/9 (Product Safety and Inspection: 2022/9)]。
該通告主要目的是在為欲進口至土耳其之產品的符合性檢驗程序與方針加以規範，並訂於 2022 年 1 月 1 日生效。 以下是在 Annex 1中所羅列之進口產品要求附有 “CE” 標示的法規清單:
- 機械安全法規 (Machinery Safety Regulation)
- 電氣設備特定電壓限值設計的法規 (Regulation on Electrical Equipment Designed for Certain Voltage Limits [LVD])
- 電磁兼容性的法規 (Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulation, EMC) • 電梯法規 (Elevator Regulation)
- 簡單壓力容器法規 (Simple Pressure Vessels Regulation)
- 氣體燃燒設備法規 (Regulation on Gas Burning Devices)
- 使用燃油和氣體燃料之新型熱水鍋爐的效率要求 (Regulation on The Efficiency Requirements of New Hot Water Boilers with Liquid and Gas Fuel)
- 用於易爆環境的設備和防護系統法規 (Regulation on Equipment and Protective Systems Used in Possible Explosive Environments [ATEX])
- 能源產品的環保設計(生態設計)法規 (Regulation on The Environmentally Sensitive Design (Eco-design) of Energy-Related Products)
- 能源標籤框架規範 (Energy Labeling Framework Regulation [Energy Labeling])
- 煙火爆炸物質的認證、供應和檢驗 (Regulation on Certification, Supply and Inspection of Pyrotechnic Substances
- 旅行船隻及個人海上交通工具法規 (Travel Boats and Personal Sea Vehicles Regulation)
