[全球法規動態] 摩洛哥終止符合性認證的彈性措施

摩洛哥工業、貿易、投資與數位經濟部 (Ministry of Industry, Trade and the Green and Digital Economy- MCINET) 宣布於 2021 年 1 月 1 日起終止針對符合性認證實施之彈性措施，該措施適用於所有在產地國接受裝船前檢驗之產品，允許尚未持有任何合格證書之出口產品於本地執行符合性認證。

受影響產品如下：

• Tires, batteries, brake linings, glazing, filter elements, mechanical control cable for auto spare parts.
• Ceramic tiles, cement, waterproofing sheets, sanitary products, fittings, plastic pipes, and reinforcing bar for construction products.
• Wooden panels, wire rod.
• Gas heaters and gas water heaters.
• Articles of clothing other than work clothes.
• Cell phone chargers and circuit breakers.
• Blankets, rugs, carpets and upholstery.
• Diapers for babies.

其他所有受摩洛哥符合性認證規範之產品需於產地國執行產品驗證，故產品出口前應取得合格證書。
