[全球法規動態] 新加坡更新 5G 技術規範與家庭閘道器安全要求

新加坡資訊通信媒體發展局 (Infocomm Media Development Authority- IMDA) 於 2020 年 9 月 29 日更新以下技術規範：1. Technical Specification for Cellular Base Station and Repeat System (IMDA TS CBS Issue 1, Revision 2)、 2. Technical Specification for Cellular Mobile Terminal (IMDA TS CMT Issue 1, Revision 2)
更新內容如下：
- 更新 5G 技術規範，含括 5G 頻段 n77, n78, n257, n258 和 n261
- 加入電磁相容標準：CISPR 35
- 加入安規標準：EN 62368-1
另於 2020 年 10 月 12 日發布家庭閘道器安全要求：Security Requirements for Residential Gateways (IMDA TS RG-SEC, Issue 1)
更新內容如下：
- 該要求針對於新加坡販售與使用之家庭閘道器 (Residential Gateway) 規範最低安全要求與加強憑證設置
- 此技術規範將於六個月後 (2021 年 4 月 13 日) 正式生效，此前取得憑證之家用路由器 (Home router) 得繼續銷售至 2021 年 10 月 12 日
- Level1 產品應符合新加坡網路安全局 (Cyber Security Agency of Singapore- CSA) 標籤規範，以確保使用者購買安全且合規之家用路由器
